It reminds me of what I have been reading this last month concerning the French Revolution and the War of The Vendee. The War of The Vendee was the counter-revolution mounted by the Catholic peasants. I feel home schooling to shield kids from society is a lot like quarantining your immune system off. You have to expose your immune system to certain items so that it knows what the enemy is and knows how to fight it off and do so gradually as different strains come along. You can't expect someone to be fully ready for everything all at once when they have not seen or experienced it in small amounts. That is where parenting comes into play. My kid goes to public school, comes home and we talk about the ignorance of society and how they are trying to indoctrinate him. I want my kid prepared to handle this ignorance when he is ready to get out on his own without having to take it all in at once. Anything I find lacking in his true education, I take care of at home and we do supplemental things here both academically and spiritually. I do this in hopes that he can pass some of this information along to friends at school and allow them to see how things are progressing and what ignorance is coming down the pipe. My theory on that is, Jesus did not grab his 12 disciples and go off in a sealed location just to shepherd them. He went amongst the sinners and those he knew would crucify him with disciples in tow, and spoke the truth. I believe he did this so his disciples had the tools to do the same and spread the same good word. Telling someone something is different than showing them in the given context. Jesus was the greatest teacher mankind ever had or will have. He was able to do this through sermons, demonstrations, and also allowing them to see him model his behavior in those situations. Sometimes the immune system needs a good shock and when it gets overwhelmed that is when the help of "parental antibiotics" come into play. That is my opinion and in no way would I ever be ignorant or that bold to tell someone how they have to raise their children. I am just offering my view on things just as you are. I couldn’t agree more with your thoughts in this whole video. You just need to be sure you’re not using your time pipe smoking to be stressing out over your thoughts! There’s plenty of other times in the day to think about stressful things.

One thing you could do if you want is in the title or description on the video just add a bit about what the main topic will be. Thus, some folks can just tune out. Personally, I say whatever I want on my channel and anyone who does not want it can change the channel. Then again no one really watches my stuff lol which allows me the liberty to do as I like for the pure fun of it.

Good for you! The worst part for me is it’s an agreement between the retailers and the government. The consumer buying a product has no idea that the retailer is to turn around and give all their private information to the government. There’s nothing on the receipt, not even a sign on the door! That’s not right!

Nobody turns you into anything, if you react in a certain way that because of you, whether you show it outwardly or whether you bottle it up. My uncle was a man who could deal with an enormous amount stress, agression from others etc. and he had an amazing ability to remain positive. I’ve witnessed people haggling him, and he just showed them positive energy and the person would almost automatically self correct their behavior around him. He didn’t need to enforce his boundaries, people would almost feel bad stepping on him because he was such a nice man. He was a teacher at rural school with only 20 kids and ended up being school principle at a typical high school later in his career. Hundreds of students showed up to his funeral. He always showed patience, kindness and he always took ownership even when he wasn’t wrong. He taught me that way others treat you is a reflection of yourself. On the other hand, my grandfather was an alcoholic with an overall negative attitude and a short temper. He worked on himself, quit drinking and the like but he became what I would call a boundary Nazi. He would have to assert control over his environment, but that wasn’t because he was protecting himself, it was because he was afraid of himself and who he used to be. He blamed others for his internal feelings and rather than change his reactions, he put walls up. Maybe that was the right thing for him to do for himself, but what I know is that he was a weak man. In contrast my uncle who never showed any type of agression or assertiveness was a strong man. He would completely control a room. Strong men take ownership no matter what and they don’t blame others for their reactions. It’s like a fly vs a bee. The fly and bee can find occupy the same space, but the bee always finds the flowers and the fly always finds the shit. There’s nothing you can do to make the bee land on a piece of shit, it’s not in their nature. Nobody messes with the bee, but everyone wants to swat the fly.

I'm from New Hampshire and have some strong opinions about the Civil War and what exactly the Confederacy stands for; like our beloved Catholic Church in these days, all I have heard are poor logical arguments on the Confederacy, nothing of substance.
